The Classic Package is a plated, sit-down dinner, considered the most traditional and formal service. Guests are served three courses: Appetizer, Entrée and Dessert (Wedding cake will be provided by the customer)
Your guests has a choice of up to three Entrees which they select beforehand.

All packages require a 20% deposit in order to reserve an event date
Crystal glasses for the bar and wine glasses are available at an extra cost of $4.00 per guest.

Tasting Food Policy: AmeriCaters do tasting food. It has a costs. However, whether you decide to sign a contract, the cost of the tasting is included in your deposit.
